 Free shipping will be applicable when purchasing more than the amount of each region indicated above. For instance, In Ontario, There is free delivery for purchases OVER $50.

Where can I find out my estimate shipping date?

You can meet your estimate shipping period by Canada Post in your CART and CHECKOUT stage  after your shipping address will be put in there without log-in.

Notice : That showed estimate dat of arrival to you may vary depending on the circumstances of each particular Canada Post Carrier of yours.

How can I know the estimate delivery date?

Currently the total delivery time includes processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. The item(s) will be shipped within 24 hours.

Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

You can choose Expedited Shipping (3-6 business days) and Standard Shipping (7-30 business days) to ship your item(s). The shipping time may vary in different countries. Thanks for your understanding.

Confirmation

     A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after verification with at least 3rd times inventoried and quality checking for you.

Processing

     In principle, We will process your order within 24 hours. At least,  until the following day.

Unfortunately, GraceMee.com Local Stores have been closed due to Covid-19 Situation.

What countries or regions do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. There may be particular locations that we might require additional information to ship to. This is a rare case but if this happens, we will get in touch with you ASAP.

What shipping methods do you offer?

GraceMee.com partners with major international shipping companies like DHL, UPS, EMS and Canada Post(Primary GraceMee.com Shipping Partner). We offer two shipping methods which differ in shipping time. You can choose Expedited Shipping or Standard Shipping on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

How to calculate shipping costs?

Do I need to pay duty or custom fee?

There will be no more charges once you have placed your order successfully. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. However, based on our experience, such situation is very rare.

Do you ship to my home address or I need go somewhere to pick it up?

We will deliver your order to your home directly. So please put in the correct shipping address where you are convenient to get the parcel.

After placing your order, you can always check the order status on our site. Once it is shipped, you will get a confirmation email including a tracking number. All of our express companies are reputable all over the world such as DHL, UPS.

Do I need to make some efforts so that I can get my order earlier?

Surely! It definitely helps you to obtain your order earlier. Please contact the shipping company and remember to provide your tracking number to find out more information.
